Founder & Principal

Alejandro Jasso Isla

Architect and environmental designer based in Monterrey, Mexico. Alejandro founded NAPP to help shift how we design and develop the built environment in Mexico and Latin America, toward practices that regenerate rather than extract, that respond to climate rather than ignore it, and that create lasting value for people and the places they inhabit.

His work sits at the intersection of architecture, development strategy, and climate intelligence, driven by the conviction that rigorous design is the most powerful and underutilized tool in real estate.

We are growing. NAPP is looking for architects, environmental designers, and researchers who believe that rigorous design and social purpose are not in tension.
